DHAD Institute received students from Italy

Dhad Institute For TASOL had received a group of  12 students from Sinai University. The 12 students will have an intensive course through their stay at the University for approximately a week.

On the first day, they were given a tour around the Nizwa University including classrooms, library  and the Administrative faculty. Also, they went through an orientation made by the Academic staff where students learnt about behaviors and manners. Ms. Nuha gave students some advices on how the Omani environment can be adaptable during their stay. She also explained in details the academic and excursions that was already being prepared by the Institute. Later that afternoon, they were given the placement test in order to distinguish their levels. At the end of the day, Ms. Kawther said that having different delegations here is expanding our Omani culture and social life. She added that these kinds of activities not only will extend to the cove of the language but to have full emerge on the culture , especially  to us teachers whom our main concern to improve the speaking skills for students.

It is worth mentioning that the students who joined the course are from different majors and degrees. There is a tour program prepared for them which includes visiting different  historical places and government institutions. For those who are intrested, there are also Arabic calligraphy course besides language partners.
