  • حصل على درجة الدكتوراه في الرياضيات التطبيقية من جامعة روركي في عام 1999-2000، و حصل على درجة الماجستير في الرياضيات من جامعة المعهد الهندي للتكنولوجيا-كانبور في عام 1990. و حصل على درجة البكالوريوس في الرياضيات من جامعة بغداد في عام 1982. أما اهتماماته البحثية تقع في مجال الرياضيات الفيزيائية، النمذجة الرياضية، المعادلات التفاضلية و تطبيقاتها، التحليل العددي.
