    • Dr. Mustafa received his Ph.D. degree in Commerce (Tourism Management) from Aligarh Muslim University (India) in 2004 and Master degree in Tourism Administration (MTA) from Aligarh Muslim University in 2001. He has also Qualified UGC-NET examination in Tourism Management in 2004. He is two times recipient of University Medal from Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) for securing 1st position in B.SC (Hon’s) 1999 and in MTA 2001. Dr. Malik is presently Associate Professor of Management, Assistant Dean for Undergraduate Studies and Quality Management Officer in the College of Economics, Management and Information Systems, University of Nizwa, Oman. He has over 18 years of experience in teaching, research and academic administration. His research interests include tourism and community development, sustainability, organizational leadership, and quality management in higher education. He has published in several international journals and completed three TRC funded research projects.
