ISAA 2026 is organized by the University of Nizwa in collaboration with the Higher School of Economics (HSE University), Russia and the University of Technology and Applied Sciences (UTAS), Ibri, Sultanate of Oman on April 1–2, 2026. This is a unique platform for researchers, academics, and students to meet industry practitioners to discuss current research in the emerging trends of Intelligent Systems that shape a new technological world.   • All of the conference papers will be sent to IEEE Xplore for publication.

Journal Publications

  1. High quailty papers will be selected for the publication in the following journals
  2. The authors has to make at least 50% changes in their conference paper to publish in the selected journal. The journal fees will be paid by the authors.
  3. The coference orgnizers do not guarantee the journal publications. It is up to the journal editor's decison.
