KBR Technology Days Event - University of Nizwa

A team from the Department of Chemical and Petrochemical Engineering, include faculty, staff and students, have participated in the two days event organized jointly by Kellogg Brown & Root (KBR), OMAN LNG L.L.C and EJAAD. The workshop was conducted in the institute of the oil and gas (InstOG) - Muscat for the period 20-21 Oct 2019. The program composed of several seminars on the state of the art refining technologies developed by KBR. In addition, our team members joined private discussions with the KBR representatives towards establishing a joint research collaboration and also with EJAAD representatives with regard to our industry challenge proposals submitted to them. Also, our team members have met several individuals from academia and industry towards strengthening relations with governmental and private sectors.
