Social Supervision Unit



 1.        Organisation the residential units for students of the University, monitoring the quality of the old among those units for suitable utilisation and following up the execution of regulations governing the on-campus hostel.

 

2.         Monitoring the quality of the medical care and transportation and food services provided to the students.

 

3.         Follow up of the work of the female workers at the students’ residential units. This involves: meetings, duty rosters, leaves, courses and workshops related to their work.

 

4.         Follow up on problems and possible loopholes in functioning of the residential units and solving and resolving them at the earliest.

 

5.         Organising transportation services for the students and resolving any arising problems, while providing a comprehensive infrastructure for transportation of the students residing in the on-campus and the external residential units.

 

6.         Management of all the transportation related forms and documents, like request, cancellation, vacating and payment of fees.

 

7.         Follow up and issuance of exit permits to the students, including temporary and the permanent permits.

 

8.         Organising the movement of the female students between the residential units (hostels) in accordance with the regulations governing the residential units.

 

9.         Regularly and continuously monitoring the transportation of the female students between the residential units – in coordination with female supervisors of the residential units.

 

10.       Conducting site visits to the on-campus residential units in coordination with the in-charge of the Technical Supervision Unit.

 

11.       Organising exit and transportation of the female students residing in the on-campus residential units to shopping centres, hospitals, clinics and banks etc and preparing necessary relevant statistics.

 

12.       Providing transportation and means to ensure success of the academic tours and recreational trips of the female students, in coordination with the colleges and the guardians.

 

13.       Any other responsibilities assigned.
