Mission

To optimize the productivity of the university's human resources capital through building the capacity and competencies of staff through higher education and continuous training.  

Goals

1. Developing the skills of the academic, technical and administrative staff by offering variety of developmental programs to improve job quality and achieve the goals of the university strategic plan.

2. Promoting the scientific and practical qualifications of the university workers to fulfill the university needs and coincide with its Omanization plans.

3. Working on developing cumulative experiences of the university and its outcomes.  

4. Developing and updating the abilities, leadership and strategic planning skills of the university management to achieve the directed improvement successfully.
