Coordinator and teaching Entrepreneurship creativity and innovation course. Each semester helped more than 300 students to prepare their business plan
Entrepreneurship: Creativity and Innovation، This course introduces students to entrepreneurship. It deals with the study of the process of creating new ventures and the entrepreneurial philosophy, attitudes and characteristics required. It is designed to provide students with an understanding of the process for identifying and evaluating entrepreneurial opportunities. Students will also learn how strategy, marketing, financing, legal matters, and cash flow impact opportunities in terms of execution and growth, and how to position a new firm for success. In short, the students will be exposed to the theory as well as the experience associated with entrepreneurship.
Organizational Theory، This course covers the study of organizations effectiveness, dimensions of organization structure, determinants of organization structure, choosing the right structural form and contemporary issues in organization theory.

Small Business Management ، This course is designed to prepare students familiarized with precise of small businesses. The emphasis is placed on small businesses characteristic. Thus, the students will acquire knowledge and experience to recognize obstacles; issues and dilemma faced by small and medium businesses in a broad view. Added to that the ability to distinguish and decide enterprise possibilities to improve business quality, productivity as well as working in a team.
Managerial Economics، This course provides students with skills to increase company’s profitability by applying economic analysis to a wide array of business problems by using problem-solving approach. It encourages focusing on the application of economic tools rather than allowing settling for a purely theoretical understanding

Organizational Development and Change، Students learn theories and applications of organization development and change. In particular, some of the topics covered include various types of interpersonal, intra-group, intergroup, and organizational interventions. Emphasis is placed on how change impacts individuals, teams, and organizations as a whole including the types of problems, processes, and decisions that are faced by managers in a rapidly changing organizational environment.

Entrepreneurship ، This course is designed to provide students the practice and theory of entrepreneurship. It examines successful strategies business models, frameworks, funding, barriers, and risks faced by entrepreneurs. It gives students practical insights into those business aspects that are particularly important during start-up to maturity. It also provides the foundations for successfully launching and implementing entrepreneurial projects.

My main research interests is in entrepreneurship policies in the way of understanding the obstacles and market failure of small firms in developing countries such as access to finance, market and institutional failures, etc.) and the influence of government support (soft or hard) in enhancing the small firms growth (sales growth and employment growt.
