Job Title	: Lecturer / Assistant / Associate Professor in French
Department	: College of Arts and Sciences
Minimum Requirements	: The French section of the Department of Foreign Languages, University of Nizwa, Oman, is seeking to recruit lecturers / assistant professors / associate professors to teach courses on our Diploma / BA French programmes in Fall semester 2016. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have the following profile: • Relevant MA / PhD from a recognized university in French Language, Literature, linguistics, French as a Foreign Language • Higher Education teaching experience in a relevant specialism for a minimum of two years • Computer / Media literacy including use of a LMS • Research track record and proof of an ongoing commitment to research activities (according to rank) • Willingness to contribute to the academic development of the programmes within the section • Experience in academic work abroad in an international academic context with French as a foreign language.
