المتطلبات	: The French section of the Department of Foreign Languages, University of Nizwa, Oman, is seeking to recruit lecturers / assistant professors / associate professors to teach courses on our Diploma / BA French programmes in Fall semester 2016. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have the following profile: • Relevant MA / PhD from a recognized university in French Language, Literature, linguistics, French as a Foreign Language • Higher Education teaching experience in a relevant specialism for a minimum of two years • Computer / Media literacy including use of a LMS • Research track record and proof of an ongoing commitment to research activities (according to rank) • Willingness to contribute to the academic development of the programmes within the section • Experience in academic work abroad in an international academic context with French as a foreign language. Job Description The successful applicant will be expected to: • teach modules in Diploma / BA programmes • contribute to the development of courses, and the development of student learning opportunities • collaborate with other teachers working on the programmes • be engaged in research activities • supervise BA undergraduate final year projects • undertake necessary administrative tasks Application: Please send your CV / resume with a cover letter to recruit@unizwa.edu.om
