1.                  Monitoring proper execution of the cleaning services at residential units and at the Campus utilities in general.

2.                  Coordination and communication with the Services and Maintenance Section regarding mechanism of timely maintenance of the residential units and their utilities.

3.                  Managing the work and responsibilities of female cleaners at residential units of the female students.

4.                  Follow-up on reports coming from the housing units regarding matters of services and maintenance and ensuring that the same is planned and executed in action.

5.                  Field visits to the residential units.

6.                  Providing necessary tools and equipment for maintenance of the residential units.

7.                  Coordination with the Finance Department regarding outstanding dues of the students as per the residence type and tallying the relevant lists for follow-up.

8.                  Follow-up of all aspects of the residential units, their furniture and other paraphernalia.

9.                  Follow-up and updating of data regarding female students living in the residential units and classifying the data appropriately.


10.              Monitoring the work of the female staff in-charge of the sector.

11.              Follow-up of the procedures of housing the female staff of the University.

12.              Follow-up on the reports of assistance to supervising female students and coordinating about it with the relevant fund officials.

13.              Any other responsibilities assigned.
