On behalf of the Office of Assistant Dean for Undergraduate Studies, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the website of the College of Engineering and Architecture, University of Nizwa. The College of Engineering and Architecture presently offers undergraduate programs (Bachelor and Diploma) in various disciplines. These programs are regularly reviewed and updated to meet the rising demands in the local and international job market requirements and countries' developmental needs. In this regard, the Office of the Assistant Dean for Undergraduate Studies works closely with Dean, Assistant Dean for Training, Assistant Dean for Research and Postgraduate Studies as well as Deanship of Registration and Records in all the academic affairs related to students' academic progress to support and enhance the college’s academic mission. Our main task is to ensure the effective and consistent implementation of academic policies, regulations, and guidelines. Besides that, the office of AD-UGS coordinates with departments regarding college timetables, courses, academic advising issues, program reviews, students’ grades appeals, course substitutions, cheating and plagiarism cases, examination procedures, and any other related academic issues. Finally, we encourage the students to visit the office of AD-UGS for their academic matters and wish them all the success during their stay at the College of Engineering and Architecture.
