Consultancy services

1.        To develop guidelines and framework for UoN consultancy services and to nanaging all associated matters related to the innovation and consultancy services in coordination with related units in UoN.
2.       To identify the services, facilities and areas of expertise within UoN staff/ units that can be offered to outside organizations/ clients as credible consultancy servcies.
3.       To facilitate the official communication with outside organizations/ sectors on behalf of the UoN.
4.       To explore the consultancy capabilities and to develop business to attract opportunities for consultancy services to UoN.
5.       To prepare the consultancy agreement and the other forms between the client and the consultancy team and to coordinate the endorsement.
6.       To manage and monitor all consultancy activities of all consultancy services in coordination with the consultancy coordinators of each unit in UoN.
7.       To coordinate with the consultancy  coordinator and the consultancy team to ensure consultancy services execution compliance with UoN policies and regulations.
8.       To ensure conformity of proposed budgets with the rules and regulations.
9.       To promote and expand professional consultancy services and enhance consultation skills of the UoN staff
