The Call Center Portal is under construction. It is primarily focused on delivering quality support to all UoN members and be a first point of contact to all questions and needs. It also provides documentation for other services, process and systems around campus. It provides a way for users to effectively search and browse through a large set of knowledgebase documents not limited technical support issues but extend to general inquiries such as admission process or event venue.
