The Symposium on Engineering Final Year Projects (SEFYP) is an annual symposium organized by the College of Engineering and Architecture at the University of Nizwa. The symposium was originated in 2011 and continued successfully with a contribution from academia and industry, representing the diverse regions within the Sultanate of Oman and other countries. The symposium provides a platform for sharing the latest innovation and research in engineering technologies and sciences, as well as their potentials for industrial application.

The 13^th edition of the SEFYP is a Hybrid meeting, where the papers presentation and discussion sessions will be conducted physically with participant’s attendance in the university of Nizwa initial campus.

Moreover, opportunity will be given for participants from outside Oman to join the sessions remotely via google meeting platform.

Starting date for full paper submission: Sunday 4^th February 2024

Deadline for full paper submission:  Saturday 16^th April 2024

Notification of acceptance: Thursday 21^st April 2024

Final Camera-Ready submission:  Tuesday 27^th April 2024

Symposium Day: Tuesday 7^th May 2024
