CIS provides technical support for both general purpose classrooms and multimedia classrooms. On call support is available 7:45AM - 5PM Saturday through Wednesday. On special request support is also provided during others timing and weekends. Instructors’ computers in computer labs are equipped with soft VoIP phone to contact the helpdesk line. Other room are have stickers with the GSM numbers of on duty contact to provide quick help.
