SoN Conducts Nursing Professional Examination for Spring Semester 2022-2023

 The School of Nursing of the College of Pharmacy and Nursing has conducted the Nursing Professional Examination (NPEx) for Spring Semester 2022-2023. The examination was administered to a total of three (3) graduating students, 2 Diploma in Nursing and 1 Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

The examination was comprised of three areas, the theoretical component assessing knowledge which was administered via a computer-aided approach, Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) which assesses the competence of students in clinical skills and the Oral Revalida which evaluates student’s ability to respond to a given clinical scenario applying critical thinking skills and clinical decision making. The examination was conducted on February 7 and 8, 2023. No external examiners were invited.
