The Department of Foreign Languages - French section organized a Translation and Interpretation Workshop which was held on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 (at 10:00 in Al-Mashariq Hall).

Mr. Mohammed Al Sha’rawi (English section) presented a workshop entitled "Professional Contexts of Translation”. The workshop covered the following concepts:

1. Translation process from professional perspectives.

2. Types of projects/files/ services and translation quality.

3. Current translation technologies.

This event was organized by LATIFA, under the supervision of Mr. Ali Manoubi, as part of the ongoing cooperation between the three sections of the DFL (French, German and English) to help students prepare for the job market.
