The scientific poster presented by Ms. Maisaa Ambusaidi (Student, School of Pharmacy) and Dr. Jimmy Jose (Associate Professor, School of Pharmacy, Project supervisor and Co-author) was awarded the Best Poster Award (First Prize) at the 'Second National  and First World Patient Safety Day'. The event was organised by Directorate General Quality Assurance Center, Ministry of Health at Sheraton Hotel, Muscat on 17 th September. The title of the poster is "A survey on assessing knowledge and practice of public on use of drugs without prescription  in the Wilayat of Nizwa".
