Community Services Conducts Successful Workshop on Creative Thinking for Employees
On Tuesday, 17 October 2023, the Community Services organized a workshop titled "Creative Thinking for Employees". The workshop was conducted by Dr. Abdul Fattah al-Khawaja, an Associate Professor in Psychological Counseling, who presented ideas on creative thinking and ways to overcome obstacles.
The workshop was attended by employees from various departments in the interior governorate. The goal of the workshop was to encourage employees to think creatively by providing them with new ideas and knowledge. Dr. Abdul Fattah gave participants tips on how to use their imagination to develop innovative solutions and overcome challenges. He also emphasized the importance of self-confidence in achieving goals and overcoming obstacles. The workshop included exercises and challenges to help attendees practice creative thinking. Dr. Abdul Fattah encouraged participants to be flexible in their thinking and to seek new and unusual solutions to problems. Dr. Abdul Fattah emphasized that facing challenges with a creative mindset is essential for growth and innovation. He urged the attendees to embrace challenges and not be afraid of them.
