Received Ph.D. Statistics from the National University of Malaysia in 2007, M.Sc. in Statistics from the University of Yarmouk University in 1999 and B.Sc. in Mathematics from the University of Baghdad University in 1993. His research interests are Ranked set sampling, Distribution Theory, Acceptance sampling plans.
