    • Managerial Decision Modeling، This course provides students with the tools and techniques needed to analyze and solve complex business problems effectively. The course focuses on applying quantitative and qualitative decision-making methods, such as linear programming, decision trees, queuing models, and forecasting, to address real-world industry challenges. Emphasis is placed on the practical use of decision support tools like Microsoft Excel and Solver to develop and evaluate models. Students will also explore data visualization, interpret results, and communicate actionable recommendations to stakeholders. By integrating theoretical knowledge with hands-on applications, the course prepares students to make informed, ethical, and strategic decisions in diverse managerial contexts.، 2024,2025
