He obtained a doctorate degree in physics in 2009, from the University of Bradford, Britain, and a master’s degree in physics in 2002, from Sultan Qaboos University. He also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics Education. In 1996 from Sultan Qaboos University. His research interests are in quantum Computing, quantum informatics, Coherent states, Entanglement, Finite quantum systems, Entropy of finite systems and its relation to correlation and entanglement, quantum cryptography
