Received Ph.D. in educational planning from the University of Mansoura in 2003 M.A. or M.S. in Comparative education from the University of Mansoura in 1999 and B.A. in English Language from the University of Mansoura in 1993 . His research interests are strategic management, educational leadership, quality and accreditation, educational institutions development.
