The College of Economics, Management and Information Systems (CEMIS), University of Nizwa is co-organizing International Conference for Management, Social Sciences and Humanities (ICMeSH2020) with Department of Management and Humanities Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, Malaysia on 13 – 15 July 2021. Guided by the theme of “Integrating Values of the Humanities and Management for a Sustainable Future,” the conference provides a multi-disciplinary convergence of like-minded scholars, researchers, and industrial practitioners in the areas of Management and Humanities while in the advent of Industry 4.0.

During the conference, the CEMIS, University of Nizwa is hosting two technical sessions. One of the sessions was conducted on July 13, 2021, with the theme ‘Business and Economy for Sustainable Future’ which was Chaired by Dr. Mustafa Malik from University of Nizwa. The second session hosted by CEMIS, University of Nizwa is scheduled on July 15, 2021 which is themed as ‘Innovative Marketing and Consumerism and Technology in Humanities and Society’ and will be chaired by Dr. Norizan Mohammed Kassim from University of Nizwa.

During the conference the faculty members of CEMIS, University of Nizwa will be presenting 7 research papers covering various areas of business, economy and technology especially focused on Oman. Dr. Arockiasamy, Dean, CEMIS coordinated with UTP and guided the team of researchers at CEMIS in co-organizing this conference. 

University of Nizwa participated in an Exhibition by installing a virtual booth established in connection with ICMeSH2021 conference and Mr. Al waleed Al Abri and Mr. Hamed Al Azri has made all arrangements to set a virtual booth and answered all enquiries online.
